**As of May 27, 2022, project was awarded to Interwest Construction, Inc. awarded amount is $3,043,437.50.** The project consists of furnishing all labor, qualified employees, materials, transportation, traffic control, tools, equipment, permits, and supplies, as specified, necessary to construct a complete and functional switching station site and related facilities. The work location is 19622 Tjerne Place SE, Monroe, in Snohomish County, Washington. Bids received after this time will not be considered. The bid opening is public, and all bids will be read aloud. Each bid must be accompanied by proof of bid security which guarantees the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the total amount bid, excluding tax. The project consists of furnishing all labor, qualified employees, materials (except as otherwise stated herein), transportation, traffic control, tools, equipment, permits (except as otherwise stated herein), and supplies necessary to construct a complete and functional switching station site and related facilities.
