The work per the contract documents, dated April 20, 2022, and any addenda thereto, consists of removing and replacing roofing shingles, low-slope membrane roofing, flashings and trim, roof decking down to the top of the trusses with replacement of new fire-retardant-treated roof decking and appurtenant work. The Project Completion Date is June 30, 2023, with the following constraints (1) no work shall be permitted between December 1, 2022, and March 30, 2023, and (2) the work shall be completed within sixty (60) calendars days once it commences.
