Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oswego, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of May 25,2022, this project has been awarded to Brothers Asphalt Paving Inc. in the amount of $1,693,842.50. 6,644 tons of Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Course; 2,852 tons of Polymerized Hot-Mix Asphalt Binder Course; 60,235 square yards of HMA Surface Removal 2-1/4"; 25,115 square feet of PCC Sidewalk Removal and Replacement; 3,840 feet of Combination Concrete Curb and Gutter Removal and Replacement; and 8,912 feet Thermoplastic Pavement Marking and other related work. Prequalification of Bidders in accordance with the applicable parts of IDOT Bureau of Local Roads and Streets Recurring Special Provision "Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals" (Check Sheet LRS 6) will be required of all bidders on this proposal. All proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee in the amount of not less than five percent of bid, or as provided in applicable parts of "Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals" (Check Sheet LRS 6). The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities.
