Bartow County will accept sealed proposals, accompanied by a Bid Bond, for the Construction of two Restroom Facilities and a Scorekeeping/Storage Building at Hamilton Crossing Park in Cartersville, Georgia Bartow County, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes and regulations, hereby notifies all proposers that it will affirmatively ensure that in regards to any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin in consideration for an award.
