The Wilson County Director of Finance reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept any portion of any bid, or to accept other than the bid with the lowest cost meeting specifications. Grade and Drain up to 28 feet wide and ditched, Bid by the lineal foot. Wilson County Road Commission will furnish all culvert and rock for road work. Contractor to place all driveway culverts and cross drains on road. Contractor will see that all fill sections are compacted with compactor or sheep foot equipment. Bld will be for a one-year period: July 1,2022 - June 30, 2023,Contractor to be responsible for all traffic control and safety road signs being placed on the road to be work before and during work. Contractor also responsible for signing and notifying WilsonCounty Road Commission, Emergency Agencies and Schools on closing and opening roads. Wilson County Road Commission will give roads to the contractor that are to be graded and drained. Contractor will be responsible to keep road graded/ drained until Wilson County Road Commission accepts.
