Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Yuma, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Restroom will be completely remodeled to include the replacement of all metal partitions, doorframes, doors, fixtures and finishes. New design will follow ADA where feasible. Questions Due Date: May 31 2022, 10:00 AM MST CONTRACTOR shall pay YUMA Two Hundred Eighty dollars and no cents ($280) for each calendar day that expires after the time specified for substantial completion, until the Work is substantially complete. 3.1.2 After Substantial Completion, if CONTRACTOR shall neglect, refuse or fail to complete the remaining Work within the Contract Time or any proper extension thereof granted by YUMA, CONTRACTOR shall pay YUMA One Hundred Forty dollars and no cents ($140) for each calendar day that expires after the time the Work has been deemed substantially complete until such time as the Work is finally complete and ready for final payment CONTRACTOR shall achieve Substantial Completion within 90 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed, and Final Completion within 110 calendar days
