As of May 16, 2022, project was awarded to ONS REFRIGERATION LLC, awarded amount is $157,177.25. Submission of an electronic response to the State of Hawaii constitutes and shall be deemed an offer to sell the specified goods and/or services to the State of Hawaii at the price shown in the response and under the State's Terms and Conditions. The electronic response submitter certifies that he/she is authorized to sign the response for the submitting vendor and that the response is made without connection with any person, firm, or corporation making a response for the same goods and/or services and is in all respects fair and without collusion or fraud. All awardees for this solicitation are subject to and shall comply with the INTERIM GENERAL CONDITIONS,1999 EDITION of the Department of Accounting and General Services, or the General Conditions (AG-008 103D) of the Department of the Attorney General, as applicable. It is the Vendor's responsibility to read and comply with these General Conditions and other documents or specifications for the solicitation whether attached or referenced. VENDORS MUST ASK QUESTIONS REGARDING PROJECT TO THE CONTACT PERSON BY 4:30PM 4/27/2022. ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS WILL BE ADDRESSED BY 4:30PM 4/28/2022.
