Culpeper Soil and Water Conservation District is soliciting proposals for 1-year term contract for engineering services to assist the District with engineering support for small dam repairs on District-owned flood control dams in Culpeper and Madison counties and for engineering services for stream bank stabilization projects. Potential for up to four (4) 1-year extensions. Services will include field evaluations, field surveys, preparation of design documents and material specifications, preparation and production of final design documents, attendance at preconstruction meetings and production of final As Built documents. Services will be requested on an "as needed" basis and contingent on available funding. Where state or federal funds are to be used, all plans and specifications are to be in strict accordance with all applicable requirements under the funding program. All programs and services of the Culpeper Soil and Water Conservation District are offered on a nondiscriminatory basis, without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex or sexual orientation, marital status, or handicap. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
