Colorado Springs Utilities (Utilities) is requesting proposals from Contractors experienced in providing 34.5kV, 115kV, and 230kV substation disconnect switches. Contractor shall provide disconnect switches, training, replacement parts, warranty services and field services as requested by Utilities. Utilities envisions working with Contractor in a cooperative effort of continuous improvement over the term of the agreement to coordinate delivery through enhanced communication avenues, shortened delivery schedules, standard designs, and the reduction of the overall procurement, delivery, placement and maintenance costs.
