Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of a new field house building, construction of a storm water management facility, grading, underground storm water piping and utilities, walks, curbs, gutters, asphalt paving, concrete foundations, steel structure, CMU and brick veneer, metal roofing, painting, acoustical & drywall ceilings, FRP doors, wood doors and hardware installation, toilet partitions, installation of plumbing HVAC and electrical. There is an alternate on the project to construct a covered roof structure over a practice field. The alternate includes concrete foundations, a pre-engineered metal building structure and metal roof with metal soffit panels on the underside of the roof, fencing, and preparation of subgrade for an artificial turf field. Bremen City Schools reserves the right accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities. Proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond made payable to Bremen City Schools, in the amount equal to 5 percent of the proposal price. (Certified Checks Not Acceptable.) The successful offeror will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond acceptable to the BremenCitySchools in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price and executed by a Surety Company licensedto do business in the State of Georgia and listed in the Department of the Treasury Circular 570, latest edition.
