As of June 6, 2022, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. Replace Steam Boiler and AC MILITARY AFFAIRS - RIPON Replace existing steam boiler, terminal units with hot water boiler and terminal units. Also upgrade electrical service as necessary to support new system and provide air conditioning to appropriate spaces. Demo any window A/C units and repair or replace effected windows as necessary. This part of a statewide CFMO initiative to replace all old steam systems with hot water systems to not only improve energy efficiency, but also overall system performance and reliability. Existing boiler and distribution system is deteriorated requiring replacement. Existing electrical service is old/original requiring replacement with a 600 AMP service.
