Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Burleson, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a 8,500-square-foot educational facility; for the renovation of a 55,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

This project consists of existing facade removal & replacement around the original school of approximately 55,000 SF. This includes removal of existing brick, storefront, studs, & sheathing to replace with new studs, sheathing, waterproofing, storefronts, brick, and metal panel systems. This work will occur over the Summer of 2023. None of this work will be started nor completed this summer. The project also has small additions, an entry canopy & outdoor classroom that is attached to the existing library. We will start this work in the fall of 2022 to be complete before Summer 2023. This project includes a new 8,500 SF gymnasium building. The gymnasium includes a small storm shelter within the building. This work will start in June to be finished by end of July 2023. The existing facade work (base bid) will occur this summer, but if alternates are chosen with new storefronts, then we will push this work to Summer of 2023 The proposals on these projects will need to be separated by campus.
