The Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority (SRTA), dba rabbittransit is requesting Proposals for the services described as follows. The Authority will receive proposals related to costs necessary for the annual inspection of certain plumbing systems in addition to as needed plumbing maintenance and repairs. The organization serves and maintains locations in Adams, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Harrisburg City, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Snyder, Union and York Counties. The activities referenced within this solicitation are located at the City of Harrisburg, Gettysburg, and York Locations. Any new construction activities will be a separate solicitation with differing solicitation and contract requirements. All proposals and contracts are subject to all applicable Commonwealth and Federal laws and to a financial assistance contract between the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and the SRTA as listed herein. All costs incurred by proposers in the development of their proposals in responding to this RFP are the sole responsibility of the proposers. No such costs will be reimbursed by the SRTA. Furthermore, proposers must not include such costs as part of their cost proposals to perform any work described in this RFP.
