As of January 5, 2024, per owner, this project is tabled indefinitely. The City of Vadnais Heights is seeking a qualified consultant to provide architectural planning, design services, and construction for a new shelter at Community Park - located at 641 County Road F East, Vadnais Heights, MN, 55127. Work will also include removal of existing structure and concrete pad. Ideally, the selected consultant will be able to complete all work as described, OR coordinate efforts with other contractors to complete all services. However, the City will consider proposals that can only complete a majority of the defined scope including design and construction of the shelter. The Project, including design, construction (including connecting utilities), and removal of existing shelter is not to exceed $275,000.
