Recommendation for submission of tenders electronically In order to preserve the health of the personnel of its organization, the Company is implementing preventive measures to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the Company strongly recommends that bidders submit their bid electronically through the electronic bidding system. Authorization to contract/certificate from Revenu Quebec It is strongly suggested that bidders make their request for a certificate from Revenu Quebec and, if applicable, their request for authorization to contract with the Autorite des marches publics as soon as possible, in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents, in order to to ensure that these requirements are met before the deadline date and time indicated in the Instructions to tenderers and/or in the Additional Instructions.
