This project is for assorted exterior repairs at the Western Governors Residence. The stone retaining wall, which supports and stabilizes the picnic pavilion area, is failing in several areas and needs to be replaced. A new front door with supporting structure needs to be installed. The slate front walk and rear patio needs to be re-grouted and sealed. Replacement of pole/parking light fixtures and installation of low voltage site lighting in various locations is also needed.
