The City of Los Altos is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals and consulting firms to perform and provide City Land Surveyor services. Detailed requirements for the services are outlined in the attached SCOPE OF SERVICES. The consultant should review the attached scope and include it in their proposal, as well as any suggested modifications based on experience and expertise. Consultants who are proposing on this project must indicate recent relevant experience in providing professional land surveying services and serving as an on-call City Land Surveyor, including development and/or review of subdivision maps, and lot line adjustments. All work submitted to the consultant shall be completed and returned to the City within 15 days of receipt, if the assigned task cannot be completed within 15 days of receipt consultant shall notify the City in writing within 5 business days. The term of the agreement shall be one year, with an option to extend the agreement for up to an additional two years subject to the consultant honoring their original hourly rates.
