**As of June 2, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The scope of work consists of the installation of a 19 x 24 four-sided pre-cast concrete box culvert with wing walls and appurtenant items of construction. Proposal must be upon the forms furnished by Senate Engineering Company and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the form attached to the Contract Documents, in the amount of 10% of the Bid, made payable to Washington Township. All envelopes containing Bid proposal shall be sealed and clearly marked POKE RUN CHURCH ROAD CULVERT REPLACEMENT PROJECT. Bidders must comply with all requirements of the Federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates. Washington Township reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all proposals, for any reason whatsoever. DISCLAIMER: ALL CONTRACTORS MUST ACQUIRE BID DOCUMENTS FROM SENATE ENGINEERING COMPANY DIRECTLY IN ORDER TO BE AN ELIGIBLE BIDDER.
