Acceptance of an Offeror's proposal will not require the SWVRJA's use of all proposed items.

Scope of Work
Nothing stated herein or attached shall bind SWVRJA to purchase any specified amount of the product or products. Further, acceptance of an offeror's quotation will not require the SWVRJA's purchase of all listed items or services. Any additional issues that arise related to this project will be negotiated.
The Offeror shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, material and incidentals necessary to pour a concrete pad and furnish and install a metal frame building at the Haysi Regional Jail. All given measurements shall be verified by
interested offerors.
