Site work and paving for a road / highway in Glenmoore, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Contract #2 project includes approx. 28,981 SY Double Application of Oil and Chip related work. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Bids shall be effective for 90 days from the date of opening. The successful low bidder will be required to provide a 100% performance bond or certified check and a 100% payment bond or certified check, both within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Bids must be made upon the forms furnished by the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to waive any non-material defects or irregularities in the bid, and to reject any or all bids or portions thereof. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $825.00 per calendar day. This project involves liquid fuels funding. The successful bidder will be required to comply with the Fed E-verify program to ensure employees are authorized to work in the U.S.
