The Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is seeking services for the replacement of existing tile, waterproofing of walls, installation of new shower fixtures, replacement of any damaged dry wall or other areas requiring repair, and other services, within shower areas of two (2) fire stations Questions 04/28/2022 2:00 p.m, Answers 05/03/2022 Proposed Award Date 05/12/2021 Anticipated Contract Execution Date 07/01/2021 Potential Bidders who attended the mandatory pre-bid meeting may submit written questions regarding the bid by 2:00 p.m. on April 28, 2022. All questions should be emailed in writing to Sarah.Best@fire.ca.gov and CAL FIRE will provide answers to questions by written response on May 3, 2022. NO Question will be entertained after April 28, 2022 For all contracts exceeding $10,000, Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond on a standard bond company form, in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. For all contracts exceeding $25,000, Contractor shall furnish a Payment Bond on form STD. 807 in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price The State may reject any or all bids and may waive an immaterial deviation in a bid. The State's waiver of immaterial deviation shall in no way modify the IFB document or excuse the bidder from full compliance with all requirements if awarded the agreement
