Renovation of a library in Princeville, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The work generally consists of removal of existing concrete planters and rebuilding existing sidewalks and walls, improving site drainage, new interior and exterior wall paint at defined areas, removal of existing interior carpet and vinyl composition flooring, and installing new moisture mitigation coatings over existing slab on grade with new luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring. Mechanical, electrical, and civil work including replacement of existing air-conditioning equipment and associated materials, lighting improvements, and drainage improvements. The estimated construction cost is between $5 million and $10 million.
