The last day for questions will be May 6, 2022 at Noon by emailing: Gary Via at purchasing@danvilleva.gov Bonds: 5% Bid bond; 100% performance and payment bonds. Time of Completion: Three Hundred Sixty-Five (365) calendar days. Liquidated Damages: Three hundred ($300.00) dollars per calendar day. Owner's Representative: Donald Ricketts, Public Works 434.799.5245 Code: All work performed shall conform to the Virginia Uniform Building Code. Retainage: In making payments, there shall be retained five percent (5%) of the estimated amount until final completion and acceptance of the contract work.
