Control of dust, stormwater, and erosion; c. Offloading and storing geosynthetic materials; d. Excavate and stockpile soils in designated soil stockpile area(s) or placing and compacting soils as engineered structural fill for operational and stormwater berms; e. Site grading, preparing finished base grade/subgrade; f. Construct temporary surface water control features; g. Construct anchor trenches; h. Furnish and install geosynthetic liner atop prepared base grade/subgrade; i. Furnish and install leachate-collection system components; j. Install protective-soil layer; k. Prepare as-built Drawings. 2. Contractor required to complete Work as shown on Drawings and defined in Contract Documents within time frame given in Construction Agreement. 3. Owner or other prime contractors perform other landfill construction not covered under these Contract Documents. Other Division 01 Specification Sections apply to Work of this Section For Southwest New Mexico Regional Landfill Cell 9A Construction Instructions for a virtual pre-bid meeting will be provided to all registered plan holders in advance of this happening. In the event of a virtual meeting, arrangements will be made with the City to provide prospective bidders with access to the landfill. The Owner reserves the right to reject or accept any bid, to waive any defects, formalities or technicalities. All bids may be held for sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of bids. A bid not submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications and not upon forms provided for this purpose will be considered non-responsive, and the Owner reserves the right to reject any bid so submitted.
