Award will be within 30 calendar days after the sale of bonds or receipt of concurrence in award from federal and/or state agency or other funding source. The successful bidder will be notified by letter mailed to the address shown in the proposal that the bidder is awarded the contract. The provisions and requirements of LA R.S. 382212; and those stated in the Bidding Documents shall not be waived by any entity, per LA R.S. 3822.12.B(1) as revised by ACT No. 759. Neither can any or all bids be rejected, other than for just cause as allowed by LA R.S. 382214.
