Site work for a water / sewer project in Boca Raton, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Boca Raton intends to install approximately 24,000 linear feet of water main and approximately 6,200 linear feet of force main all ranging in sizes from 4" to 16" in the Boca Square neighborhood within SW 12th Avenue and SW 9th Avenue and between W Palmetto Park Road and W Camino Real. Included with the water main replacement is abandonment of existing water mains, installation and reconnection of meters and service lines (on both public and private property), sewer network upgrades as well as additional civil upgrades including roadway, sidewalk and stormwater collection improvements. Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for all scope components as required for a complete and operating system. Maintenance of water service and coordination with operations are required. All work shall comply with Contract Documents and permit conditions, and include all ancillary components, testing and restoration work, as necessary. The estimated budget for this bid is $10,400,000.00 This ITB is available for electronic submission and requires the original bid security to be submitted directly to the City of Boca Raton, 201 W. Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton FL in accordance with the instructions identified in the Bid document.
