The Town of Plymouth, on behalf of the Eastern Massachusetts Chemical Cooperative, seeks bids for Treatment Chemicals. This bid includes the supply and delivery of up to 30 different water treatment chemicals to 22 participating communities for the period of July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. All bids must be sealed and made upon forms furnished by the Eastern Massachusetts Chemical Cooperative, which are available by registering with the Town of Plymouth. The bidding and award of a Contract shall be in full compliance with c.30B of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as last revised.
