Completed plans call for the construction of a 24,000-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; 4,400-square-foot parking garage; parking garage; and for the demolition of a fire / police facility.

The project generally consists of the phased demolition of one (1) existing brrack building, one (1) existing garage building, one (1) radio tower, and various site utilities, and the construction of a proposed new one-story, fully sprinklered, +/- 24,000 square foot structure comprised of a barrack and laboratory space, and a proposed new one-story, fully sprinklered, +/- 4,400 square foot structure comprised of a service garage. New and upgraded site utilities will be constructed and additional site improvements consisting of parking, drive aisles, pedestrian walks, security fencing and enclosures, landscaping, entry plaza and other Work as indicated within the Contract Documents. Demolition and Construction shall be completed in two sequential phases.
