The scope of work shall provide for the following: o Lighting design for the recently reconstructed 'Grand Lodge' will include both lighting to highlight the structure and the surrounding area, as well as provide a variety of lighting scenarios for diverse evening events. The timber truss pavilion is approx. 56' x 76' and sits on a 76'x96' concrete and stone slab. o The lighting design must provide specifications for: the installation of the wiring service from the existing 200-amp breaker panel inside the utility closet, the LED lighting fixtures, and light sensors for timing and/or manual controls as noted and required for the scenarios. Lighting must be durable/vandal resistant, low maintenance, energy efficient and appropriate for public facilities. o The consultant shall be responsible for understanding the location and access to the existing circuit breaker panel and determine how service shall be provided to the proposed lighting fixtures. o The consultant shall be responsible for providing electric service incorporating GFI outlets to the existing grill area. To the extent possible and practical, the Consultant shall maintain the integrity of the original according to The Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. No Financial Statement shall be required of vendors if either a guarantee, by the certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, or surety company certificate is also required to be furnished by the bidder, unless any law or regulation of the United States imposes a condition upon the awarding of a monetary grant to be used for the purchase, which condition requires that a financial statement be submitted. The Owner expressly reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, alter, or waive any provisions or informalities of this RFP and to reject any submission which, in the sole judgment of the Owner, is not in compliance with the terms of the RFP or any part thereof, or which is deemed in the best interest of the Owner, or terminate the selection process at any time. The Owner reserves, in its sole discretion, the right to waive minor elements of non-compliance of any firm's submission with regard to the requirements outlined in this RFP. The Owner reserves the right to proceed or not to proceed with any portion of the project, in the order and strictly as needed, based solely on the determination of the Owner.
