**As of May 6, 2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on May 10, 2022.** The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: Pedestrian and vehicular traffic improvements at the intersection of with adding a turn lane, new sidewalk, curb ramps, pedestrian refuge islands, push buttons, traffic markings all in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing No. ST0162S as prepared by Transportation Engineering for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. The successful bidder may be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days to allow review of bids before announcing award of contract.
