The City of Brampton ("City") requires the services of general landscape contractors capable of offering a wide range of construction services to perform various landscape projects with a construction estimate over $1,000,000.00 for each project. The prequalification period is two years, from 2022 to 2023, up to December 31, 2023. Bidders who successfully pre-qualify will be eligible to bid on these projects. The Successful Bidder, upon award of a contract by the City, will be fully responsible for the implementation of the project. The initial prequalification for this scope of work was conducted through RFPQ2018-007. The intent of this RFPQ is to allow opportunities for Bidders, which has not been prequalified, to submit Prequalification Submissions. Bidders that have prequalified under RFPQ2018-007 are not required to re-submit a Prequalification Submission under this RFPQ.
