New Surrey Hospital and BC Cancer Centre Project. TIMELINE: Request for Proposal for commissioning authority consultant services for the project is underway. The Project Commissioning Authority (CxA) will provide general Commissioning (Cx) oversight of the Design-Builder's Commissioning program and review and approve all Commissioning documentation and test results. The CxA will work with the Design-Builder's Project Commissioning Provider (CxP) to develop a Commissioning program that will result in a facility that is ready for operations at time of handover with a testing program that ensures the highest performance of the building and all of its infrastructure. Ultimately, the Commissioning program aims to provide the Authority with the confidence that the final installation is compliant with the requirements outlined in the Statement of Requirements (SoR) and the Design Documents.
