Description of Proposals Sought: The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (Colville Tribes) Fish and Wildlife Department is seeking a certified and insured contractor to perform fire removal and demolition services at the monitoring and evaluation office at 2914 Columbia River Road and 2977 Columbia River Road, Nespelem. Work will be performed on a fire damaged buildings which needs to be reduced to its foundation and/or filled in. The contractor should be experienced in outbuilding demolition and have a record of safely performing disposal of fire or natural disaster damaged material. Retainage/Performance Bond Any contract negotiated in response to this RFP will require either a 25% retainage or a performance bond. Any contract awarded with a value greater than $100,000 will require a performance bond.
