Maintenance Shop & Residence at Sully Creek State Park, Medora, ND Project will consist of expanding on the preliminary drafts of site work and building drawings. Our intent is to clear existing structures from an area of approximately 1.5 acres to allow construction of a manager residence and maintenance shop that will include temporary living quarters for seasonal employees. The selected firm will provide complete plans and specifications as well as construction administration for the project to include but not be limited to the following: - Required site clearing of trees and shrubs - Removal of existing log cabin structure and shed - Removal of existing building concrete slab - A manager residence - A maintenance shop with living quarters - Water, sewer, and electrical utilities for new buildings - All work required to complete the site development project. The State of North Dakota, acting through its Parks and Recreation Department (NDPRD), will receive Statements of Qualifications for Architectural Services for the Shop and Residence design and construction administration.
