Site work for a water / sewer project in St Thomas, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Successful Bidder shall complete the rehabilitation to the Dalewood Dam spillway, abutments, wingwalls & retaining walls. The location and address of the structure are illustrated on the construction drawings. The Successful Bidder shall: Remove and dispose of existing deteriorated concrete on the dam deck, piers, abutments, and wingwalls. Install new concrete patchwork on the dam deck, piers, abutments, and wingwalls. Reconstruct portions of the wingwalls above the waterline. Complete excavation as required to complete the work. Backfill wingwall, and restore slope to original condition or better. Install topsoil seed and mulch. Complete associated work as noted on the Contract Drawings. The Bidder is advised that inquiries regarding the interpretation of the bid documents shall be directed to Jennifer Dow, Kettle Creek Conservation Authority, via email at jennifer@kettlecreekconservation.on.ca Questions must be received prior to 12:00:00 noon on Friday, August 21, 2026, or the questions may not be responded to.
