Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Worland, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
For the Contract with the City of Worland for the Construction of a Dry Storage Pole Building on First Street in Worland. Pole Building to Be 42-ft. X 100-ft. With 16-ft. Walls and One 3-ft. Wide Walk-in Door on a Reinforced Concrete Thickened Edge Slab. Optional Items Include: 24-ft Wide X 14-ft. High Overhead Door and Spray-on Urethane Foam Insulation; No Plumbing or Electrical Work, Just the Completed Pole Building as Described. The City of Worland reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The work under the Bid Schedule for the project includes a 42' x 100' dry storage Pole Building with 16-ft. walls and one 3-ft. wide walk-in door on a reinforced concrete, thickened edge slab. Pole building to be located behind the old water plant west of First Street. Spray-in foam Insulation and one 24' x 14' overhead door are both optional. City will supply 12 inches of Pit Run subbase and Contractor shall supply 6-in. minimum Grading 'W' base material and do all of the earthwork and grading. No plumbing, water supply or electrical work, just the pole building as described.
