Project Description: The City of Roseville is now accepting bid proposals for the Audrey Huisking (W-50D) Park Project from pre-qualified Prime Contractors. The scope of this project includes a new 1.2 acre public park with amenities including, but not limited to, a children's play area, zip-line feature, bike rack, drinking fountain, pedestrian pathways, tricycle track, shade trees, open turf areas, benches, picnic tables, landscape, irrigation and lighting. Prime Contractors: At this time this project is only available for bidding by Prime Contractors listed on the City of Roseville Parks, Recreation and Libraries 2022 Pre-Qualified Contractor List. Please see attached Pre-Qualified Prime Contractors memo attached for more information. Subcontractors: The City reserves the right to conduct a post-bid qualifications review of any subcontractors, if deemed necessary. Engineers Estimate: The engineers estimate for construction of the base bid items is $859,000. Questions: In order to meet the required timeline to issue addenda, questions will not be accepted after this date. Only Addenda issued by the City are binding. All questions shall be directed to the attention of Ken Peterson via electronically Pre-Bid Conference: There is NO pre-bid conference for this project. Bidders are expected to be familiar with the existing site conditions however, and may pose questions on any conditions they may discover that are not represented within the bid documents. Furthermore, the City does not guarantee the distribution of any addendums or the accuracy of their content if obtained from a third party.
