The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to select a vendor to furnish all labor, design, materials, equipment, incidentals and testing of all equipment and materials necessary to provide JEA with a completely operational Odor Control System for removal of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from odorous air within the wastewater collection system. Additional details are included in Appendix A - Technical Specifications. All questions shall be submitted in writing to the JEA Buyer listed below at least three (3) business days prior to the Bid opening date.
