For Septic Tank Pumping and Cleaning All work to be performed and completed in the month of August Bids will be awarded to the vendor who supplies the lowest overall cost for the septic tank pumping and cleaning that meets the specifications and approval of the Board of Education. The tanks are located at the various buildings in the district. Please see attached for tank details and locations. The pumping/removal will need to be coordinated with Steffen Buck, Director of Operations at 518-793-9720. Pumping/removal should take place in August with 48 hour notice prior to commencing work. All damages that occur from the septic tank pumping shall be the responsibility of the contractor to repair or replace at his expense or through his insurance company. A copy of your liability insurance certificate must be included with your quote. A certificate of Insurance with aggregate indemnification coverage of $1 million naming the South Glens Falls Central School District as additionally insured must be presented upon bid award notification. Prevailing wage rates apply. Warranties and Guarantees will be effective for one year upon delivery. Price for the submitted bid will remain in effect for 90 days after submission.
