Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Collingwood, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Fifth Street Reconstruction, between Spruce Street and Oak Street and The Pretty River Parkway Valve Replacement, located just south of the Pretty River, as further described in Appendix D of this ITT. The following is a general description of the Work to be constructed under the Contract: Part A: Fifth Street Reconstruction - 382 m of sanitary sewer replacement and associated services and structures; - 563 m of storm sewer installation and associated structures; - minor watermain relocation, service replacement and hydrant installation; and - 530 m of road reconstruction to an urban cross section, complete with mountable curb and gutter, 1.5 m wide concrete sidewalk and restoration of all associated disturbed areas, including driveways, topsoil, sod and surface elements within the boulevard. Part B: The Pretty River Parkway Valve Replacement - investigation and repair of leaking 400 dia water valve; - removal and replacement of leaking 400 dia water valve, complete with Victaulic to flange joint adapters (if repair is unsuccessful); - removal and replacement of 150 dia water valve; - installation of 150 dia water valve; and - all applicable restoration to existing condition or better.
