TheCouncil Date for approving the award is on July 26, 2022.** Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work necessary and incidental to the completion of the project known as "Java Drive Road Diet and Bike Lanes, TR-21-03" consisting of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to install Class II-B buffered bike lanes and appropriate signage, bicycle loop detectors, adjustments to existing video detection systems, striping and slurry sealing along Java Drive between Mathilda Avenue and Crossman Avenue, according to plans and specifications prepared by the City of Sunnyvale and according to the contract documents. Project is to be completed within a total maximum of fifty-five (55) working days. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Contractor shall become liable to Owner for liquidated damages in the sum of five hundred dollars exactly ($500.00) for each and every calendar day
