As of July 05, 2022, project was awarded to AYOU RAPIDES CORPORATION but awarded amount is not available. For any bid submitted in the amount of $50,000 or more, a bid security (insurance company, bank money order, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to "State of Louisiana - Department of Health") must be included with the bidder's submission in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including base bid and additive alternates, if any) and shall become the property of the agency in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth in the bid solicitation The state reserves the right to purchase any or all products or services covered by the contract on the open market and to charge the contractor with cost in excess of the contract price. Until such assessed charges have been paid, no subsequent bid from the defaulting contractor will be considered The state reserves the right to reject the response of the bidder or proposer if this certification is subsequently determined to be false, and to terminate any contract awarded based on such a false response. The state of Louisiana reserves the right to award items separately, grouped or on an all-or-none basis and to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities. Bids may be rejected if the delivery time indicated is longer than that specified in the solicitation.
