Demolition, site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Brentwood, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The Scope of Work consists of the demolition and installation of two pedestrian bridges in Memorial Park located at 8600 Strassner Dr., Brentwood, MO 63144. The City reserves the right to reduce the scope of work to the demolition of installation of one bridge due to budgetary restraints. Bidders must complete and submit with their bids the "Non-Collusion Affidavit" included with the Bid Form and a 5% Bid Bond. The Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum as security for the faithful performance of this Contract. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workmen performing under this contract in this area according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City.
