Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply to all construction contracts more than $2,000. Employee payroll logs for the project will be required to verify wage rates are being adhered to. d. Projects more than $150,000 will require a bid bond. Additional, Payment and Performance bonds will be required for projects exceeding $35,000. (6) Extend the hot water supply to the new sink. (7) Remove and replace all damaged or cut RFP panels and trim. (8) Modify the existing water supply, wastewater drains, and electrical circuits to suit the new casework. (9) Move the computer wiring to new workstation. (10) Replace two existing doors and hardware. (11) Paint doors and doorframes. (12) Install new 4' LED drop in light fixtures. (13) Install new epoxy anti-slip flooring system and cove base. (14) Provide and install new laboratory cabinets, counter tops, sinks and wall-mounted cabinets. (15) Install new ceiling tiles. (16) Repair cracked windowpane on the west side of workroom.
