The Town of Dublin, NH is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the construction of a new 18' x 24", 432 sq. ft. office addition at the Town Highway Department facility at 130 Cobb Meadow Road. The Town of Dublin reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to accept any proposal it may deem to be in the best interest of the Town. There is a need for increased office space and renovated existing break room facilities at the main building and the Town is seeking to build a new addition to it for that purpose. The town is seeking to keep the design and the scope of this construction as simple and as cost effective as possible, while fulfilling the demonstrated needs.
