Renovation of a residential development in Algonquin, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

As of June 14, 2022 This project is awarded to Schroeder Asphalt Service, Inc. with awarded amount of $3,491,879.02. The base bid of the project includes street and facility improvements to the following streets and facilities: Majestic Drive, Regan Lane, Hartley Drive, Crofton Drive, Westbury Drive, Southwick Drive, Bristol Drive, Kirkland Drive, Jester Lane, and Sussex Lane, Winchester Drive, and High Hill Park Nature Preserve North and South parks. The project will also include spot curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk replacement and utility rehabilitation. Select areas of bike path will be removed while other areas will be removed and replaced. The bike path will be reconstructed with a minimum of 2 1/2" of surface course and 6" of stone base. All questions regarding this project should be directed to Marc Grigas, Strand Associates, Inc. at 815-744-4200 All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or bank cashier's check payable to the Village of Algonquin for 5% of the amount of the base bid as provided in the Bidding Documents. The Village of Algonquin reserves the right to reject any or all parts thereof, or waive any formality or technical errors, and to make the award in the best interest of the Village
