Site work for a municipal facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
These Special Provisions amend or supplement the City of Lincoln Standard Specifications for Municipal Construction, 2020 Edition and the City of Lincoln Supplemental Specifications and Standard Plans for Municipal Construction, 2021, and other provisions of the Contract Documents as indicated herein. All provisions that are not so amended or supplemented via these special provisions remain in full force and effect. The Contractor shall have no more than 120 consecutive calendar days from the Beginning of Work date to achieve Final Completion of this project. Work may begin on or after June 1, 2022. Final completion shall be achieved by November 15, 2022. Failure to complete all Work associated with this contract by the final completion date shall result in liquidated damages to be assessed in accordance with the Lincoln Standard Specifications. All work is expected to take place within the existing right of way (ROW). The existing ROW lines shown in the plans provide approximate locations of ROW. The Contractor shall verify existing ROW that may conflict with proposed work and notify the City's Project Manager prior to beginning work in that area.
