Site work for a water / sewer project in Tatamy Boro, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Tatamy Borough Sewer Authority will receive sealed bids for the Sanitary Sewer System Repairs Project. The project consists of the replacement of eleven (11) Manhole frames and cover, Concrete repair work to two (2) Manhole cone sections, replacement of three (3) Manhole covers and razing one (1) manhole to grade. This work includes incidental construction, Pavement restoration and grass restoration. The project for which is being solicited will be subject to the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, if the bid price is $25,000 or greater. Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to the Tatamy Borough Sewer Authority in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 5.1 of the General Conditions. The successful bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount equal to the Contract Price and meeting the requirements of Paragraph 5.1 of the General Conditions. Bids will only be accepted by bona fide bidders as outlined in the specifications. Tatamy Borough Sewer Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities, and to reject, any or all Bids. Clarification Deadline 5/6/2022 4:00 Pm
