BID TYPE Fixed Fee Contract The project is comprised of an approximate total of the following items of work: A. 80 Tons of Superpave Mixture Base Repair B. 32,830 SY of Milling C. 32,830 SY of Superpave Mixture Wearing Course Overlay D. Required Line Work E. Incidental Work Each bid must be submitted online and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least ten (10) percent of the total bid. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates are to be used during this contract. Contract Award Date: 5/12/2022 Township Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof, and to waive any informality in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of the Township.
