Scope of Services The City of Moreno Valley and the Moreno Valley Community Services District (City) are soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide landscape and irrigation maintenance services for certain parkways, medians, traffic circles, and open space landscaped areas, as defined in Exhibit A, for a period of five (5) years. Multi-year contracts may be continued each fiscal year only after funding appropriations and program approvals have been granted by the City Council of the City of Moreno Valley and/or the City Council acting in the capacity as President and Members of the Board of Directors of the Moreno Valley Community Services District (City Council). Other Details The proposer is solely responsible for on time submission of their electronic proposal. The City will only consider proposals that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an ebid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Proposal Management System indicating that bid was submitted successfully. Transmission of proposals by any other means will not be accepted. Proposer shall be solely responsible for informing itself with respect to the proper utilization of the proposal management system, for ensuring the capability of their computer system to upload the required documents, and for the stability of their internet service. Failure of the proposer to successfully submit an electronic proposal shall be at the proposer's sole risk and no relief will be given for late and/or improperly submitted proposals.
